Dorchester Town Council also received a grant of £1,000 from the Dorset Coronavirus Community Fund towards their Masks4All project. The initiative involves volunteers making cloth face masks for frontline workers such as care home staff, volunteers, teachers and supermarket staff.

In addition, these will also be distributed to local residents, who may want to wear a face mask in an enclosed space to avoid spread of Covid-19, according to Government guidelines.
