Jennifer dedicated a large part of her retirement to us as a Trustee and more recently as my fellow Co-Chair. Her determination to champion DCF to everyone she met and the positivity she brought to our work will be sorely missed by all of us.
Jennifer was involved with DCF for the last six years and her guidance and leadership saw the Foundation grow from strength to strength. Until very recently she was supporting the DCF team and Trustees in response to the Coronavirus emergency with her typical enthusiasm and encouragement.
Jennifer was a force for good and the Voluntary sector in Dorset has lost a leading light. She has been a fundamental driver in transforming DCF into what is quickly becoming a major and influential charity in Dorset and I am personally very sorry she will not witness the full outcome of her labours. All of us at DCF offer our sincere condolences to her family and friends at this very difficult time.
Details on any memorial service will be available shortly and please do contact Grant for any information at grant@dorsetcf.org.
