The Collins Fund was set up by David Collins with a transfer from his existing family charitable trust. David recognises the Foundation’s grant making expertise which helps local people in need. By working with the Foundation David wanted to maximise the impact of his giving.

Grants from the fund will be dispersed through the Neighbourhood Funding programme which supports local charities and community groups whose work addresses local issues, social problems and disadvantage due to age, illness, disability, isolation, discrimination or financial hardship.
