Michelle is a trusted HR professional with an in depth business knowledge and will be a valuable addition to the diverse Board of the Foundation.

As a first major project Michelle will be leading on the Quality Accreditation of the Foundation – a regular review which takes place every three years and ensures best practice in governance, fundraising and financial management of the charity.

Tracy Melling, Chief Executive of the Foundation noted: ‘We are delighted with Michelle’s appointment – having a diverse Board with a broad range of skills and expertise plays a key role in the development of the Foundation.’

Michelle will be joining the newly elected Chairman Michael Kay JP and Sir Martin Davidson KCMG who have both joined the Foundation recently.
